It is quite nice to, for a change, help a client with recruitment! While we all know that many jobs were lost due to the pandemic, it is quite shocking to see the poor quality of the Curriculum Vitaes. One would think that those seeking employment would put a serious effort into producing and presenting a professional CV. Not so…..! Apart from the mistakes, spelling errors,’deurmekaar’ sequence and irrelevant info, so many do not even qualify for the job they are applying for OR read what is required!

I realise that it boils down to offering help and education as clearly people are quite clueless of the importance of this document.

We offer a WORKSHOP (max 4 hours) on preparing for the World of Work.
In addition to showing various formats of a CV (or even better, a Portfolio of Evidence), we also assist with preparing for interviews, educating on the rights of employers and employees and what to expect when employed.
