It is always exciting to be involved in leadership training, which is what we are currently busy with. Laying the foundation for the training is the workshop on Maximising Potential. This is where the leaders do some introspection. Important to first look at the way in which I, in my capacity as a leader of a team, think, interact, listen, communicate, plan, my attitude, my emotional maturity, etc. We also explore the various excuses we, as leaders, must deal with. This ‘Excusitis’ disease is worse than any other physical disease you can think of!

My lovely running buddy happens to be a winemaker (lucky me!). She invited me to attend an event last night where all the winemakers were women. It is so heartwarming to experience women who are being recognised, accepted, celebrated and appreciated! Not to even mention the amazing excellent quality wine I tasted! Here are some details of my running buddy’s wine!
