Please remind your teams to adhere to Covid19 regulations AND most importantly, to think twice before placing any photos on social media which may show that they are socialising irresponsibly.

A labour lawyer warns that, even though non-adherence may be during a weekend and off-site, it is a risk to fellow employees upon returning to the workplace. And of course, the evidence may be seen on any of the various social media platforms. Employers have the right to then take the necessary disciplinary action.

Covid19 is a notifiable disease and not keeping your employer informed is a criminal offense.
