In a recent workshop for a client: “From Average (mediocre) to EXCELLENCE” I reminded the employees of Viktor Frankl’s book: Man’s Search for Meaning. I fully agree with Simon Sinek that “Every human being should read this book”.
It is quite nice to, for a change, help a client with recruitment! While we all know that many jobs were lost due to the pandemic, it is quite shocking to see the poor quality of the Curriculum Vitaes. One would think that those seeking employment would put a serious effort into producing and presenting a professional CV. Not so…..!
