Simon stated the following:

If you don’t have a good culture, then your company isn’t great!

Where any of the values (for example) Teamwork / Collaboration / Working towards a common goal / Raise the bar / Excellence / Wow our Customers / Accountability / Integrity / Honesty / Diversity / Inclusion / Customers First (and we can go on and on…. 😉) are actively practiced and seen by external customers, you will have a STRONG CULTURE!
