Reflecting on last year, 2020….. Goodness, it was not an easy year. There is no doubt that it may have been one of the most difficult years of our lives, with change beyond our control; but it has also given us time to better understand ourselves, connect with and value the people we care for and look at our employers or businesses in a different light.
