Managers or Team leaders often shy away from the process of formal discipline measures – to the detriment of the company or team. Managers or Team leaders will be able to identify and categorise transgressions, implement appropriate procedures, and initiate and manage the formal discipline process. They would also be able to properly prepare for a formal disciplinary enquiry.
